Project - Hidden Escape Ladder

Description - We tool the clients initial design that consisted of metal stand-offs and simplified the design as well as converted the 5 piece metal stand-off into a 2 piece injection molded assembly.  Project was from concept to production.  FEA was performed to validate the design.

Description - Based on customer feed back, we were asked to evaluate the tilt housing for strength and recommend changes to increase strength with minimal impact on tooling.  Pro/MECHANICA was used to run numerous FEA's

Description - We were asked to design a feeder that would hold multiple existing suet cakes and allow for easy access to add feed.
